Getting it to you

Delivery

We ship across the United Kingdom with Royal Mail Tracked. Orders leave our warehouse in Leicester.

Costs and timings

  • Standard delivery — £3.95, typically 2–3 working days.
  • Express delivery — £4.95, typically 1–2 working days.
  • Free delivery on orders over £60.
  • Orders placed before 3pm on a working day are dispatched the same day.

Where we deliver

We currently deliver to addresses in the United Kingdom only. We are not shipping to the European Union or the rest of the world at this time.

Fragrance is classed as a dangerous good in transport regulations because it contains alcohol. This is why we use specific Royal Mail services and why we cannot ship perfume internationally through the post.

Tracking

You will receive a dispatch email with a Royal Mail tracking number as soon as your parcel leaves us. If it has not arrived within 7 working days of dispatch, contact us and we will chase it.

If something is wrong

If a parcel arrives damaged, please photograph the packaging and contents before unpacking further and email us within 48 hours. We will replace or refund it.
