Placing an order

When you complete checkout you are making an offer to buy. A contract is formed when we send you a dispatch confirmation. Until then we may decline an order — for example if an item is out of stock or the price was listed incorrectly.

Prices

Prices are in pounds sterling and include any applicable tax. Delivery is charged separately and shown before you pay. We show the full price you will pay before you commit — there are no fees added later.

Age

You must be at least 18 years old to buy from this site.

Product information

Fragrance names shown in the Selective range describe the scent profile a blend interprets. Those names are the trade marks of their respective owners. Royal Platinum has no affiliation with, and is not endorsed by, those brands.

Liability

We do not exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot be excluded by law. Otherwise our liability is limited to the value of the order.

Complaints and disputes

Email [email protected] and we will respond within 5 working days. If we cannot resolve a complaint we will tell you in writing and let you know which alternative dispute resolution body you can approach.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
