We collect as little as we can, we keep it in the UK, and we do not sell it to anyone.

Who controls your data

What we collect and why

  • Order details — name, delivery address, email, phone. Needed to perform the contract and get your parcel to you.
  • Payment confirmation — handled by our payment provider. We never see or store your card number.
  • Marketing email — only if you ask for it, or if you have bought from us and we are telling you about similar products. You can stop it in one click, in every message.
  • Site analytics — anonymous usage statistics, kept on our own servers and shared with nobody.

How long we keep it

Order records for six years, because tax law requires it. Marketing preferences until you withdraw them. Analytics data in aggregate only.

Your rights

You can ask for a copy of your data, ask us to correct or delete it, object to how we use it, or ask us to restrict it. Email us and we will respond within one month. If you are not satisfied you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.

Cookies

We use a small number of cookies that are strictly necessary to run the site and remember your bag. Anything beyond that only runs if you agree, and you can change your mind at any time.
