Returns & Refunds

You have a legal right to cancel most online orders. We go further than the minimum, and we try to keep the process simple.

Your right to cancel

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 you have 14 days from the day after your order arrives to tell us you want to cancel. We extend this to 30 days as a matter of policy. Once you have told us, you have a further 14 days to send the goods back.

You do not need a reason, and this applies to discounted and sale items in exactly the same way as full-price ones.

How to start a return

Email [email protected] with your order number. We will confirm the return address and how to send it. Please do not send anything back before contacting us — perfume has transport restrictions and we need to tell you which service to use.

Return postage

You pay the cost of returning the goods to us, unless the item is faulty, damaged, or not what you ordered — in which case we cover it.

Sealed fragrance

Fragrance bottles are supplied sealed. If a seal has been broken, the item may not be suitable for return on hygiene grounds and we may not be able to accept it. An unopened, still-sealed bottle can always be returned within the period above.

This does not affect your rights if a product is faulty, damaged, contaminated or not as described. Those rights apply whether the bottle is opened or not.

Refunds

We refund within 14 days of receiving the goods back, or of you showing proof of postage — whichever comes first. Refunds go to the original payment method. We refund the standard delivery cost you paid; if you chose express delivery we refund the standard rate.

We may reduce a refund if the goods have been handled more than was necessary to check them.

Faulty goods

Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, goods must be of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose and as described. If something is wrong, you have 30 days to reject it for a full refund, and rights to repair, replacement or a partial refund after that.
